At Jack & Coco, we respect and value every customer. Your trust is important to us and we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of merchandise for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, only damaged items will be returned for free. All other returns will be subject to a return fee that will be deducted from your total return. 

The following conditions apply:

1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it; unused, undamaged, original tags attached, unopened packaging.

3. If the reason for return is a damaged item, we please ask you provide a photo of said damage.
